LUMINOSITY
EXTERIOR
Sleek, sumptuous and innovative, Luminosity lies ready for her maiden cruise. Benetti built this yacht to Passenger Yacht Code (PYC) standards, the most rigorous and forward-thinking in terms of safety, security, performance and operation.

AN ICON
IN GLASS
Turning heads at anchor with a superstructure wrapped in over 800 square metres of glass, Luminosity is truly iconic. Vast expanses of floor-to-ceiling windows shine like mirrors in the sunset, and drop-down balconies open the beach club to the sea. A full-beam tender garage housing opens up in the forward hull, which tapers to a striking plumb bow.
The reinforced bow can be used as a touch and go helipad, in addition to the large commercial helideck on the sundeck. Certified by Lloyds and built to rigorous Passenger Yacht Code (PYC) standards, LUMINOSITY can operate privately or commercially, accommodating 27 guests and 37 crew in exquisite style.

ALL POWER ALL CLASS
One of the greenest yachts afloat, Luminosity has a hybrid propulsion system incorporating Azipod electric propulsion, 6 Caterpillar generators, and a huge bank of advanced Lithium Polymer batteries. This hybrid technology affords Luminosity a phenomenal range of 8,000 nautical miles and a top speed of 16 knots. Her eco-credentials also allow silent short-range cruising with no emissions, vibrations or exhaust, and blissful overnights at anchor with no generator noise. Luminosity also has Rolls Royce retractable zero speed stabilisers, dynamic positioning, and is equipped with advanced heat and water recovery systems and power management systems. Best-in-class technology and systems have been incorporated during every stage of the build process to enhance performance, safety, and comfort.

A COLLABORATION
OF GIANTS
Luminosity was an invitation for designers and naval architects to push the boundaries of what was believed possible. The yacht’s naval architecture was delivered by Benetti, and the exterior design and profile the product of an extraordinary collaboration between Zaniz Jakubowski, Reymond Langton Design and Giorgio M. Cassetta.
The results speak for themselves, in an award-winning yacht with a sleek profile, a stunning lifestyle offering, and a propulsion system that cruises more lightly on our oceans while offering incredible long-range autonomy.

Luminosity is a game-changing project. Ten years ago, she would have been almost impossible to build. Five years in the making, Luminosity's engineering concepts are 15 years ahead of their time”
Giorgio Cassetta
